How far in advance should I order?
At least seven days. For holidays, end-of-school season, and other busy times, please reach out as early as you can — dates fill up.
What's the minimum order?
A half dozen cookies (six). Sets can be all the same design or a mix — your call.
How much do they cost?
Cookies range from $45 to $75 per dozen depending on design complexity, color count, and detail work. We'll quote a firm price when we reply to your inquiry.
Are your cookies allergen-friendly?
Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, butter, and milk. The kitchen also handles tree nuts. We're not able to guarantee an allergen-free product and we don't recommend our cookies for anyone with severe allergies.
Can you ship?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs vary by destination and the size of your order, so we quote it individually when we reply to your inquiry. We don't ship internationally. We're based in Plumas Lake, CA, so if you're nearby, pickup (free) and local delivery (small fee, based on distance) are still the easiest options.
How do I confirm my order?
A 25% deposit reserves our time for your order. The remainder is due at pickup or delivery. If shipping, full payment is due prior to parcel drop off — tracking will be provided. Payment details come in our reply to your inquiry.
Can you copy a design I saw online?
We can take inspiration from designs you love, but we won't directly reproduce another decorator's work. Send us your inspiration photos and we'll come up with something that captures the vibe in our own style.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. They stay fresh for about two weeks. Don't refrigerate — the icing can lose its shine.
